Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ondrela.ca ("Ondrela Canada", "we", "us"), the official Canadian website for the Ondrela Smart Tracker Card, handles information about visitors. By using this website, you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect on this website
You do not need to create an account or enter payment details on ondrela.ca. When you visit, our hosting provider automatically records standard server log information, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, the referring page and the date and time of your visit. We use this information only to keep the website secure, fix problems and understand overall traffic.
2. Cookies and analytics
This website does not show third-party advertising. We may use basic analytics tools that set cookies to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are most helpful. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; the website will still work.
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When it does, Google receives your IP address as part of the normal request.
3. Orders are handled by Ondrela's official checkout
When you click an "Order Now" button, you are taken to Ondrela's official checkout, operated by Ondrela. The name, address, email and payment details you enter there are collected and processed by Ondrela under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
4. Location data from your Ondrela card
Your Ondrela card's location is handled by Apple Find My or Google Find Hub on your own phone, under Apple's and Google's privacy policies. This website never receives the location of your card.
5. How we use and share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help run this website (such as our hosting provider), or when required by law.
6. Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us at the address below. Canadian residents may also have rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial laws.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed.
